Licence

AI Quota is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies unless a custom agreement is provided. You may install and use it on the devices your Apple Account permits.

Purchase

AI Quota is a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD covering iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Payments, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store.

What the app does, and what it depends on

AI Quota reads usage information for accounts you connect. It is a viewer: it does not change your plan, buy credits, or send work to any service on your behalf.

Of the services AI Quota supports, only GitHub publishes a documented endpoint for personal usage. The others expose usage through interfaces intended for their own clients. Those can change or be withdrawn at any time, without notice, which may cause a meter to stop updating until the app is updated. AI Quota is designed to degrade honestly in that case — it continues to show the last figure it retrieved, labelled with its age — but continued availability of any individual service cannot be guaranteed, and is not part of what you are buying.

Usage figures are reported by each service and are shown as received. Where a figure is derived rather than reported directly, the app labels it as an estimate. Do not rely on AI Quota as the authoritative record of your account; the service's own billing page is.

Your account credentials

You are responsible for having the right to access the accounts you connect, and for complying with each service's own terms. AI Quota stores credentials only on your device, as described in the privacy policy.

No affiliation

AI Quota is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor or GitHub. Claude, Codex, Cursor and GitHub Copilot are trademarks of their respective owners and are referred to only to identify which service an account belongs to.

No warranty

AI Quota is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It is a monitoring tool, not a guarantee: decisions you make about your own usage remain yours.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The current version is always published here with its date.
